We visit the ISH, (International Sanitary and Heating), fair in Frankfurt biennially.
ISH is one of the biggest air-conditioning units fairs in the world. The up-to-date air-conditioning equipment systems in Europe are introduced and the products that are highly recommended by manufacturers are displayed. (First time participants are always surprised by the sheer scale of it.) Also, we meet suppliers from many countries, hear their promotions directly and exchange opinions. Some of our customers are able to join the tour, so please let us know if you would like to. (We are afraid there might be some cases where we are unable to meet your request.)
We have own warehouse near an airport in Chiba. We are able to respond flexibly, (temporary storage, lot management etc…), and adjust your schedule.
When you need to keep a large number of imported products, our warehouse is useful. By unifying import, negotiation, trade and physical distribution using our service, you may reduce costs. Also, our consistent system may help to reduce bottlenecks.

As an agent in Japan, we have sold imported products of F Corporation's in the Netherlands for many years. Since the product which the customer would like to purchase was out of our stock, we sent away for materials (e.g. plans, etc…) from F Corporation, confirmed its specifications, let the customer know the cost if we import it individually, and then we arranged it.
Overseas manufacturers may refuse the importation of products that are not in stock for an individual. However, we send away for small-lot products by airmail and deliver large amount of products by LCL, FCL responsibly to meet your needs.

We inquired of customer service of L Corporation about the product on the internet, however, we were not able to get their reply. We tried many times only to fail.
Unfortunately, it's quite common for manufacturers not to reply promptly to overseas internet inquiries. Thus, we searched for L Corporation's telephone number, called directly and told them that we would like to import the product. The person in charge was interested in exporting their product to Japan. We started negotiation from their general list price first, however, they finally presented their distributer price, which saved the customer a great deal. The customer was very satisfied with our service.
We searched for the product on the internet and contacted several companies. Finally we were able to get a response from the W Corporation. Based on our history as an air-conditioning apparatus importer over 60 years and credit investigation, W Corporation requested us to conclude an agency agreement.
We continue to have a good relationship with the W Corporation and the customer is satisfied with our service.
We usually import products from the advanced nations of Europe and America. However, we sometimes also order products from Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa and other less developed regions.
When we contacted the local office, there were difficulties with conversation, but we managed to convey the customer's request and politely asked them for help since we would like to import the product as a Japanese company. Finally, we exchanged the non disclosure agreement, provided many documents for export clearing, signed up for documents and were able to import the product.
It took time and money to ship the product to Japan from an Eastern European country since the port was also far from the office. However, the customer was delighted to get the product, we didn't suffer in vain and we were very happy to have been of service.
Major manufacturers that represent Japan are also our customers. These companies have their own materials or import/export departments, however, they prefer to order through us since it takes time to achieve a consensus between related departments, there are problems of expense and complicated procedures to request for approval etc... Merger and acquisition activity is common in Western Countries. Some items that had been sold before the mergers are discontinued or not sold anymore and product service can frequently suffer.
We had difficulties with this case. We were not able to find the equivalent parts on the internet, so we called Mr. M, our supplier in Italy. He contacted an employee of the former R Corporation, found a substitute and arranged to ship it.

We are not able to change the contract contents due to your personal preference after we receive your order. (Please note that unexpected circumstance (e.g. delivery delay, additional fee etc.) may occur after you receive the estimate.)
We will not accept returns after products arrive if the supplier changes their model, (design or specifications), without advance notice. You will not be able to return products if they are different from what you expected at all.
【Settlement procedure】
All payments must be prepaid. The order will be placed after we confirm your payment, (estimated price including consumption tax), to our account. Usually, the billing amount is same as the estimate, however, we will charge an additional fee if unavoidable circumstances occur, (Please note that we will explain the unavoidable circumstances either beforehand or after it occurs (e.g. customs search etc…).
